Super satisfied with Koch Services and Salesman

The Koch dealership is so nice and was treated great. Matt Westerholm was such a huge help through the whole process. The dealership and the people there are wonderful and am very thankful and happy with them.

new car buying experience, customer service

Visited the dealership last SAT with my "special needs" daughter. Purchased 3 cars from these folks years ago and unfortunately my "former Mack truck sales manager" who was great to work with has long since retired. Ended up with a gum-chewing salesman, who has a total of 10+ months of car sales exp and 1 1/2 months with Milham. After taking 45 minutes to get my car appraised and then a test drive in a 2016 Prius, I made it very clear it made sense to wait for the 2017's to arrive because the Prius V five is larger/longer and may possibly be ordered with a sunroof. Meanwhile, while waiting around, <the salesman had to play the game of talking with his manager> my special needs daughter noticed a few other customers eating pasta <she was very hungry> so she inquired about being able to have some and no one ever replied. No big deal, right - we did not go there to eat! I also asked repeatedly for simply a ballpark price of an extended warranty and he deferred to the finance manager - who never showed up. I told him my records will clearly indicate that I have always been a cash buyer and did not care about financing. Still would not provide the price I'd requested. BTW - countless articles will consistently tell you those are a total waste of your money but the week before, on a trip out to Seattle,<as I shared with him, which is what prompted me to inquire about a Prius> I attended an event and met a Toyota west coast division manager who made it clear the 2017's are available. After waiting another 10 minutes and demanding my keys the sales manager finally comes over - I think his name was Tony, a nice man, he has been there 16 years <on and off> and knew the former salesman I had purchased several vehicles from in the past. Tony gave me the price of the warranty - which I thanked him for. We parted company, asked them to give me a call when I could order a 2017 and asked where my car was. Brandon simply said "out front somewhere" and walked away. By this time there was a driving rainstorm. When I could not find my car I went back to the front desk. Some young salesman stood up, asked for my keys, clicked the key FOB and pointed out that my car was approximately 75 yards and handed my keys back. There was no question everyone in that dealership knew there was a driving rainstorm underway and you could see I had a young child with me. No, I told no one Emily was "special needs". I had to run 75 yards <no one offered to walk me with an umbrella or to simply get my car for me>, got drenched and drove back near their front door, get back out in the rain, and get my daughter who I'd left standing by their door. I have my own company and customer service is paramount! I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WILL SHARE MY STORY WITH EVERYONE! I know Milham could care less about one disgruntled former customer but there are other Toyota dealerships in the area and I am certain they will gladly take my order for a new 2017 Prius.

New Truck

I had an excellent experience with my salesman Jake Ferris. He answered calls and questions promptly. He was knowledgeable of the truck I was interested in buying. Next time looking for a new truck I will start with Milham Toyota.

Not a "Tarheal"; but very satisfied.

Dan F, was very professional with his information flow, and the corrective action to be taken so as to replace the inoperative exterior key pad on my '13

Great Experience! Great Dealership Happy Car buyer

I would like to start by saying how well I was treated as soon as I walked in their front door. Buying a car there was a real pleasure. Everyone there is so knowledgeable especially my sales person Jake Ferris. I would highly recommend you make an appointment with him if you are looking for a car. tim hood sales guy

mr tim hood sold me a 2016 ford escape and went out of his way to help and even came to my house to pick up paper work if i were the boss there i would promote him and pay him more i went to differnt dealerships first but mr tim hood was honest respectfull and made my family happy i hope his boss reads this cause i will buy all my vehichals from tim hood now thank you tim.

Professional and Prompt

I recently purchased a Cadillac and traded in an Impala. The communication was excellent from the Milham staff. While in the process of searching for the best deal, a lot of other dealers did not return calls, emails, or were not willing to set up appointments for test drives. Of the few that did call or email back, Milham was the best. I basically did the financing, setting up the test drive, and got an idea how much my car was worth as a trade, all while at work. Jim and I spoke and texted about the car and other steps in the process and when I told him, I would like to see the car ASAP, he offered to stay late. After work I went to Milham (about a 1hr drive) test drove the car and was back on the road within an hour with a full tank. I got a great trade in offer and they worked with me to include an extended warranty for a fair price. I was very impressed and would recommend Milham to anyone and to specifically ask for Jim!

Noncustomer friendly

Every car I have ever owned has been from Milham, so naturally when looking for a new car this was my first stop. This will also be my last stop ever to this dealer. I was ready to throw down a deal with a nice down payment on the spot, and the sales team/ finance team did not work with me at all. I had appointments set up, they never reached out to me to confirm. I offered a deal and was denied any type of negotiations on a car. They wouldn't even budge a dollar. I have been a loyal customer since 2007, and I will never be back. I am very displeased with the services I received this time around, and I have purchased a car elsewhere for the first time since receiving my license.

Honest Dealership

I recently sold my Car to this dealership and I am extremely impressed with the honesty, promptness, and hassle free manner in which the transaction was handled. So I was referred to Milham through" Kelly's Blue book Get an immediate offer for your car" option. I had put my car's info in and got a response from 3 dealers. I went to the first 2 dealers and they just low-balled me. After scrutinizing the car with a microscope, they offered about $1500. below the wholesale value. Finally I went to Milham where the minute I walked in you can actually feel the difference. I then met with Juan Ruiz a sharp, honest and pleasant young salesman. Once they did an appraisal on my car, Juan explained the procedure which was they would take my car , pay off the note and once they receive the title in hand they would pay me the residual.. In my case the residual was a little over $5000.00. I must admit that I was a little skeptical, but I also understood that Milham had to protect their interest also. Juan's upfront manner also gave me the confidence to commit to this transaction. He told me that the process usually takes about 3-5 weeks for me to get paid the residual. About 2 weeks after the deal I noticed that Milham paid off my loan which to me was the best sign of their intention, Exactly 4 weeks after the deal I received a check in the mail for the $5000.00. I am impressed because you always hear about how sleazy some of these dealerships are. They would take you car on trade and would neglect to pay it off for months. I can now unequivocally recommend Milham Auto Group to anyone, they are an honest bunch that will not try to nickel and dime or cheat you. Just ask for Juan Ruiz, he'll take care of you and he returns your phone calls too!!!
