My lexus is still under warranty yet they charged me $114 to diagnose my problem. My car was vibrating and they said it was a defective tire. When a vehicle is still under warranty this fee should be waivered. Also I am upset that they wont give me a sticker for free monthly car washes. They say I didnt purchase it at their dealership. I tried very hard to do so but Rachel couldnt find what I needed and refused to request it from another dealership. On my own I called numerous ones and then drove to Winter Park, Florida. For the last 3 years I have had JM Lexus service and repair my car and dont think they need to be so cheap and petty about the $5 monthly car wash. Ellen

visited dealer ship and picked out car. Waited over 3 weeks for vehicle to arrive. It arrived a few days prior to Thanksgiving, I had to visit the Sat after Thanks giving to purchase I called Sat to purchase they sold the vehicle out from under me I know now why the said a deposit was not needed, so they could sell it out from under me It sure was the JM Lexus experience they advertise, the crappiest I ever had. JM just blew me off about the 60k cash buy, never ever again on me. as they say 'once bitten, twice shy' I do not blame salesman, this was a JM dealer horrible against me, and they could care less, never responded to my problem
