Professional and efficient, best price in the area, experience low pressure, how buying a car should be. My salesperson, Bruno Dasilvia, listened and did an excellent job in closing the deal. JM Lexus has eliminated the mysterious "I have to go run this by my manager dynamic" that goes on in other dealerships which wastes time and ultimately borders on being insulting to the buyer.

Been a long time JM/Lexus customer (25 years) but the luster is long gone. Multiple visits for the same issue with multiple things replaced as they try to replace expensive parts to fix a recurring issue. The lack of attention to detail has become unbearable. Tires not filled, horns not reconnected. multiple issues that took multiple visits and cost a lot of money. The people are great, the service sucks now.
