The service only gets five stars for Donnie. The man who greeted me and solved my problem. I have three daughters who work for Apple and my new iPhone 11 was not connecting. So I made an appointment. The so called service guy was rude and obnoxious. He told me I’d Donnie can’t fix it then it’s a diagnostic problem and it would be $115 for them to check why. When I told him this is why I stopped going to the dealer for service he told me I was lucky and getting a discount off the $180 fee. Sorry, I will never use this dealership for service unless they promote Donnie and fire jerks that think customers are idiots.
