For the first time, my husband and I decided to lease a car. The whole experience of going through car leasing process was so smooth, clear and informative, just because of one person, Steve McNeeley at JM Lexus. JM Lexus dealership itself is one of its kind; its different, energetic and everyone of JM team is always ready to help. Steve McNeeley put "many stars" on all this at JM. Our experience working with Steve was amazing and extremely positive. Steve is very professional, very knowledgeable and has great patience to answer all our questions, trust me lot of questions. He provided us all the information we needed; to a level that he actually drove us to the new car lot to help us look & feel the difference in car features, interior and even the panoramic moon-roof vs regular moon-roof on the car. He was never in a hurry, gave us all the time needed to make our decision, no rush. The RX350 we chose was at port and expected to arrive at dealership in a few days. Steve kept us informed at every stage until we got the car and even after sale - he checked with us to ensure we are comfortable and loving the new car. The day we had to pick up the new car, Steve prepared all the documentation before hand to make "normally lengthy paper-work process" a pleasant experience for us and we were out with the new car in no time. Car Shopping with Steven McNeeley at JM Lexus was the best experience I've had. We communicated for almost a week before I finally came in and made a decision. Steve was extremely knowledgeable which ultimately helped me make my decision to lease an NX. I never felt pressured or like I had to hurry up and make a decision. Once I did make a decision the process was extremely easy. In the past, I've been used to waiting at dealerships for hours, once even 6+ hours. This was nothing like that.
