I called and very quickly with no pushback got a lease quote. Other dealers make you push and prod to get a firm number and the numbers I got from other dealers were much higher. JM Lexus seems to have far more inventory than other dealers I looked at. Overall process much less hype and pressure. Yes, you'll get quite a few followup phone calls and emails as long as you are a live lead but overall very good experience. When went in to finalize paperwork the rep was very courteous, calm and patient going over questions and then going over the features of the vehicle.

Not rushed. Could be shorter but Omar did the best all around. Car was cleaned but could if done a better job in the interior. Rush job. I have been a Lexus iwner over 30.years.

His demeanor was excellent and his knowledge with Lexus was the best. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, so when I come back there I will always go to him.
