Great experience and service. Steve McNeeley was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. It can be quite intimidating to buy a vehicle not being on site but Steve made the process seamless.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had... no haggling, no "walks to the manager's office", no "buy it now or price will go up routine", basically - JM illuminated ALL nonsense that usually annoys customers when they are buying a car!

Went to JM to see the vehicle on Sunday at 12:15 PM. The deal was sealed and I drove a beautiful ES-350 Premium Package less than three hours later, home in time for the Memorial Day BBQ. Steve was wonderful, calm-no pressure, knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's add-ons, found me an amazing finance deal and delivered with the assurance that I needed to know that my wife would be getting the most beautiful car on the lot!
