This was my first time visiting JM Lexus. Omar was our sales representative. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Omar was very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job explaining the features of the Lexus NX we are considering purchasing. The dealership has to be visited to be believed. From the moment I entered into this JM Lexus + Dealership I was greeted by warm and friendly professionals. Upon my arrival to the showroom I was greeted by Sales Manager, Dario Dziamalek. Dario advised that he would be the only point of contact that I would need for the duration of my process. I showed him my 2016 Volvo and advised that my family was interested in a Lexus GX Premium lease package. Within less than 30 minutes, Dario’s team had appraised my vehicle, given a top dollar offer and gave me a great deal on leasing a brand new Lexus GX. Kahari was amazing from start to finish. He helped me pick out a great selection. I use to have Lexus and left and went to Mercedes. I was sure if I would come back to Lexus but Kahari build value in the product. I am now a proud new owner again of a Lexus.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance and all went well. As with all dealerships, they tried to sell me tires, then a new lease. I did not buy either. Tires considerably cheaper at Costco and the Lexus infotainment system is not any better and they only intergrate with Apple, not Android...so I won't be getting another Lexus. Unfortunate because the car handles beautifully.

My service consultant (Goefftey Toland) was very polite and efficient. He kept in touch w/ me by telephone and email. When I wanted to reduce the repairs (until a later time), he immediately "made it happen". He's an asset to your business. BYW, the beautifu ES350 loaner was GREAT. Mr. Moran must be pleased when he looks down from heaven.

JM Lexus: Very easy to deal with. Good atmosphere in the dealership. Prices are fair. Quick and easy. The sales managers do the selling and the finances. Sales folks are easy to deal with.

I just traded my 2016 NX for a 2019 F Sport. The dealer experience was perfect, and I love my new car! JMLexus knows how to treat its customers.
