First and foremost, if you have experience car buying/leasing in the past, this is nothing like it. The new Plus model implemented by JM Lexus is phenomenal. From the calls you received to make your experience pain free. I have Carol Bruce to thank for this, and the actual process of making the final decisions and taking care of all the paper work, this is where Gary Catronio was just fantastic. Thank you everyone. You can't go wrong with Dario - great salesperson! No negotiating needed with Lexus Plus - very easy transaction. This my fourth or fifth Lexus from this dealership.....they lost my business on my last purchase but gained it back because of Dario and the new Lexus Plus program. I love my new GX!!!
