The service and overall experience was one that surpassed my expectations. All of my questions were answered in a friendly and timely manner. Gary Catronio is a very personable man and he takes great pride in his work. He was always available, whether it was via phone or in person, and made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. Stephen Rideg is a very intelligent individual, he helped me learn every aspect about the car, inside and out. I felt that he went above and beyond when it came to helping me with any dilemmas I had. My next Lexus purchase will surely be with either of the two!

Last month I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Robert Ripley, Express Service Advisor for JM Lexus, provided exceptional service to me during a battery / electrical problem I encountered in my Lexus LX470. Mr. Ripley was eager to expeditiously resolve the problem by discussing a plan to diagnostically check the electrical system to determine exactly why the relatively new battery was discharging. He was very personable and courteous to me during this process and made me feel like a valued customer. The JM Lexus team fixed the problem and there was no charge since the battery was still under warranty. More importantly, Robert treated me with respect and professionalism that will keep me coming back to him at JM Lexus knowing I will be dealt with honestly and fairly.

My boyfriend and I decided to trade our car for a Lexus. We picked the ES 350 because of its great reputation in consumer guides. After being introduced to a sales "associate," as the lady called him, Mr. Jeff Life, we were a bit uneasy at first. Buying a car is not our favorite activity, and we have had many poor and disheartening experiences in the past. I can most certainly attest that this time around it was a completely different event. Different in a surprisingly outstanding way. Jeff Life was the most courteous, knowledgeable,honest,sincere,and pleasant individual to do business with. We were astonished with overall presentation of the vehicle, the dealership and its amenities, and most of all the ease of doing business at this facility. Definitely a 5-star experience that has changed the way we feel about car shopping. It is amazing how one individual can have such an impact on the image of a car dealership and can change once perception of an entire industry as a whole. Jeff Life is an asset to any outfit that he represents and by far is a unique, talented, professional, and super salesman. Gary was extremely professional and makes you feel at ease. He is honest and answered all of our questions. My situation was unique in that I arrived at the airport and was met by Gary. The trip was enjoyable and he was very knowledgable about my SC430. I would highly recommend Gary to my friends and look forward to meeting him again for my next car. I also need to emphasize how impresssed I was by the dealership experience. My only disappointmewnt was no being able to play golf on the roof - only because I had no time.

The Best Experience Selling a Car to a Dealer
My first experience with Khaled Dandashi at JM Lexus was to purchase a low mileage RX 350. Khaled presented three fabulous cars to me and worked hard to get me a great deal on the car and the loan. I was trading in a car that had a high interest loan on it so this was not easy to do ! I love my car and it is now a year later. This past weekend I sold to JM Lexus a 2001 Lexus ( my second car ) that was paid off. Again, I was given the best deal and did not have to shop around nor feel like I had to sell it myself ( of which I do not have time ) to get the best price. This is my dealership for life. Absolutely everyting is taken care of for you. Although I am a General Manager of a resort hotel, the car buying and selling process is not my skill set and with Khaled it did not have to be.
