JM Lexus takes customer service to a whole new level and Jeff Life was an integral part of that experience. From start to finish he was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the Lexus features and ensured no detail was left unknown. He was both friendly and accommodating; we never felt pressured to buy, on the contrary he made us excited about the Lexus product and value. The sales manager Robert Sealey was also excellent and made the financial aspect quick and easy. Coming from someone who was very skeptical about Lexus ( test drove BMW and Audi prior), I highly recommend buying Lexus and visiting Jeff Life and the Lexus team at JM Lexus in Margate.

This is my 3rd Lexus. I purshased my 2nd one through JM Lexus and now a 2011 350 demo. The customer service has been outstanding at this dealership. They make you feel like you are the only one needing assistance. Their service department is outstanding also. Whether I needed a repair or a recall issue, the customer service is like no other. My salesman for my 2011 Dave Falkenstrom was wonderful. No pressure or car saleman junk--a truly outstanding and caring man. It is hard to find salesman and dealerships that are not out to just grab your money and run. It is a place that cares about long term relationships!

I have to say that the service was great, I was in the parking lot looking at the used vehicles and Ms. Angela came outside and introduces herself. I told her that I was just looking and I didn’t want to waste her time and she told me that if I have any questions just let her know. After looking, I say a couple of the vehicles that I wanted to inquire about. I called her outside and gave her the VIN numbers and she research them for me. We went for a test drive and she explain all the features that that particular car had to offer as well as gave me a tour of the JM service center which was nice. Then we went inside for her to explain the different options that they can offer me. After a few minute she came back with an offer that I could not refuse as well as way more option than I was anticipating. I got a navigation system and a Mark Livingston sound system for the same price. I have to say that they went over and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. This was the first vehicle that I bought that took about an hour to handle the entire process. After I bought the car she went out of her way to give me a 101 on the different gadgets and showed me how to operate them. I will definitely be a customer for life. Why does this web site offer only 5 stars when Gary Catronio at JM Lexus should get 10 stars? I can't answer that question but I can say why I gave them a 5 star review. From the receptionist, salesman and sales manager to the credit manager, this organization speaks professionalism at every twist and turn. After researching and shopping at ALL major dealerships in south Florida AND online we turned to Gary who offered a gem on the JM Lexus website. Within 3 hours our car was home and tucked in for the night! The trade in offer for my car, financing options and warranties JM Lexus offered beat every other dealer's quotes by a mile! The courtesy, consideration and expert knowledge Gary exhibited is why I will look no farther for a dealership. Along with a relaxed, smooth and truly pleasant car buying experience my husband and I received the best deal available local or online! We love our new (to us!) car that shines on the inside AND the outside, handles like a race care and feels like the luxury car of my dreams! I recommend Gary Catronio and JM Lexus unconditionally!

Jeff Life was an amazing sales person to work with. He was able to give me a fair price on my trade and get me into a car that was something I thought was out of my price range. I would gladly go back in the future and work with him again.
