My go to service center

I have being going to Toyota of Dickson City for 15 years. It has been my go to service center and I'm pleased with their work.

30 day check of new Tacoma

No problems but it was a 30 day check of a new Tacoma so...I do appreciate the fact that the vehicle is washed after ever service. Nice touch.

recall

wait was a little long but everything was fine. Computer board in waiting room neeeds to be updated faster and slowed down. We are not all speed readers and the board I was on flipped faster than the rest.

Nice staff but the wait is often longer than I would expect. I wish the service was completed in a quicker manner. Kids play area could used to be cleaned better.

Buying a new car

Everyone we dealt with Bryan Matarose, Joe Gatto, Yizat were all nice they helped us and spoke to us in a way we could understand what was being said. We also received letters from Mary Jo-Preno and Allen Blad thanking us for making our purchase at Scranton Toyota with their phone numbers if we should have any questions Each and every person we spoke with went beyond our expectations. I had an issue regarding my registration card.

I had an issue regarding the type of vehicle that was listed on my registration card and at first no one seemed to be able to help me but since yesterday Mary Jo has gotten back to me twice and assured me that the issue would be straightened out.
