Tire pressure
I came in for a scheduled service and a tire rotation. After driving the next day I noticed my low tire light on. When I checked the air pressure, each tire was different. One tire only had 30 psi, when 46psi is required. I should also mention that each wheel has scuff marks and chips where the lug nuts are.

Scheduled service andwheel noise issue
The service advisor was very courteous and kept me apprised of how the work was progressing on my Camry. The technicians were thorough in determining the cause of what was thought to be a brake issue. They found a rock stuck in the brake caliper.

Great customer service but came out with a problem
Your customer service was excellent! Especially Tiffany!!! She was extremely helpful, professional, explained everything, and very understanding. She should be highly commended and be a trainer regarding how to deal with customers. Tom in the shop was nice and friendly and helpful! My only concern is that now my back window wiper is not working! And I hope I don't have to pay for it!

Essentially every trip to Toyota of Scranton is painless, which is not always the case when heading to a dealership. You get courteous service at reasonable prices in relatively short wait times. I continue to appreciate having their expertise available to keep my car in tip-top shape with plenty of convenience features built into the customer experience, like being updated via text and having a shuttle service available.

Fast Fun & Friendly Experience!
I had just finished up leasing a Corolla and was in need of a new lease. So, I made the decision to lease again through Toyota of Scranton. I had an amazing experience. Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and very understanding throughout the process. My salesman, Tom Rogari, was very professional and knowledgeable throughout my experience. He was a great conversationalist and relieved much of the anxiety that comes with car shopping. He ensured that I would find a car that worked for my lifestyle and my budget. He is the sole reason I went home with my new Camry. Thank you, Tom Rogari! The product specialist, Mark Thomas, was absolutely wonderful! He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood how to use the technology in my car. If it weren't for him I wouldn't know how to show off all of my amazing features that I now use on a daily basis. Thank you, Mark Thomas! The sales manager, George Zepherin, was also a key player in sending me home with my Camry. His overall welcoming personality made me feel like he was less of a salesman and more of a regular person. He helped set up my test drive and helped throughout my entire car leasing experience. Thank you, George! In the finance department, Yizak Perez, handled all of the paperwork when signing for my car. He was very helpful in my understanding all of the documents I was signing. No matter how many times I said, " and what is this?", he always explained it thoroughly without any frustration. Thank you, Yizak! The finance director, Richie LaRussa, was extremely understanding of my financial needs. Throughout my experience he made me feel like he was genuinely trying to find a solution to my budgetary concerns. We all know how uncomfortable it can be sometimes when you have to explain your financial situation to a complete stranger. Not once did he get frustrated when I told him I wasn't going to be able to make it work. He made sure I was going to have an affordable payment and get the car I loved. Thank you, Richie! Overall I had a 10 out of 10 experience with Toyota of Scranton and all of the staff. I also 10 out of 10 love my new Camry! Sometimes we don't have genuine experiences when we encounter sales staff in this world. But I can honestly say these were some of the most genuine staff members I've ever dealt with. I will be returning again in 3 years when my lease is up. Thank you very much!
