Resolved my issue

I had an issue with the prior service performed at Toyota of Scranton. They stood behind the work and resolved the issue to my liking!

Warranty Work Done Right

When I received a letter to bring my vehicle in for inspection, I was received promptly and immediately explained to in terms I could understand what would be done. The work was done promptly and a loaner vehicle provided so I could continue daily life uninterrupted. The work was completely quickly and return of the loaner and vehicle pickup went quite quickly. Everything about the experience went very well. My only complaint at all with the experience was to have my check engine light come on less than 10 miles down the road. I returned the following day and it appeared the gas cap had been removed during the work and had not been replaced. A minor inconvenience that was quickly addressed. Unfortunately, it took a couple hours out of my day because of a simple oversight. The service department was great at expediting the fix, but it seems like the kind of thing that should really be on a checklist before sending someone out the door with their vehicle. Inconvenience aside, it could have been a real danger.

Not happy with Service

Tires were checked pressure was never checked because after service I took to jack Williams tire and tires had to much air in them. also lack of being told cost before I brought to Toyota

Great service- great people

I got an appointment fast and for when it was convenient for me. My service advisor, Kevin was knowledgeable about my car and even gave me a tip on how to keep my toyota running great. I also received a coupon in the mail that was applied to my service that day- so great deal too.

Ch-R Lease

Had a great experience on 1/9/19 when turning in my old lease and leasing a new vehicle. Our salesman Doug Stahl and Howard Sweeny and Rich LaRussa in Financing were all a pleasure to work with and made the experience enjoyable.

Was nice to have your rep. Tom take time to answer my concerns. Very professional and personable guy. I have found that most of the time your people take time to make you feel comfortable. Even while waiting for my car and having coffee other workers nod hello and say hello. Nice to be in a place you feel comfortable even knowing it's going to cost you money. (Smiling)

Fabulous Experience

I love being able to schedule my service appointments online and to, also, schedule a shuttle ride and pick up. The shuttle drivers are very polite, friendly, and prompt, The service advisors keep in touch while your car is being serviced and are, also, polite, friendly, and helpful. Lately I have been receiving coupons for upcoming service appointments-another bonus!

Botched recall experience

People who make recall appointments need to know what is involved with recall listen to customer. The guy that worked on the truck was the only one who knew leaf springs come attached to frame. Instead of having to make appointment I could have just stopped to let them see they were done instead of having to leave truck. Key to key program is a joke was told to see Lenny thenJeff and then it was handed off to someone walking by. Appraisal wasn’t done after having truck all day then had one offer which was much higher than I wanted to go which was known in advance. Then sales manager was no help at all and didn’t even apologize for my waste of time also went back and showed him 2 truck I would’ve been interested in and he said that was no problem. I told him he lost a sale and customer. He didn’t seem to care. Service manager was the only one to apologize and tried to make things better

The staff was patient and professional. Good customer servic

Overall, the staff was prompt, professional and made the process stress free. I felt comfortable and most importantly my two toddlers were playing in the Play Zone room. Which gave me the convenience of speaking to the staffs etc..
