JOB WELL DONE !!!
Recent purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen for Motorworld Wilkes Barre. The Salesman, Mr. Ken Hoats, was one of the frienliest, most profesiional, I have ever encountered. He politely answered all my questions, on not only one but two vehicles, to help in my selection. Once we had it down to one, we discussed what I expected to spend, and what he was able to provide. Fortunately, we were on the same page, and I subsequestly purchased the SUV, I'm currently driving. Financing with their F&I Manager, was also a snap !!! 2013 Hyundai Veloster
I just purchased a 2013 Veloster from Motor World in Wilkes-Barre. This was my first Hyundai purchase and my first visit to MW. My salesman was Jim Schwerdtman and he was great to work with. He got me the deal I wanted and although the color Veloster I had in mind was not on the lot, MW was able to get me what i wanted within one week. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and the buying process was smooth.

Great Purchase Experience
We went to Motorworld with the Cadillac xts on the top of the list. After talking with our very patient sales consultant Matt Zaborney, we looked at Lexus and Mercedes models as well, took some time to cosider our options, then finally pulled the trigger on the xts model they had in stock. Were happy with the car and the experience with everyone at motorworld.

Used car was like new
I had never heard of Motorworld since they are out of my area, but I found the car I wanted on cars.com and they had it. Polite, unpresssured, and professional, the two salesmen that helped me were corteous and nice. The manager came down in price right away and I was pleased I didn't have to haggle. The car I bought was spotlessly clean and they even made another small repair for me. So my used car came out looking brand new!

Bad buying experience but good vehicle
I bought a used Acura TSX 2009. I had my first bad experience. Once they get your deposit it's impossible to get answers to your questions. I tried phone and emails and it took them 12 days to mail me the title! I live in Massachusetts and had planned a trip to Wilkes-Barre to go pick up the car so I needed the paperwork in order to register it here in Massachusetts and get the plates. Courtney McFarlane was the worst, it obviously and repeatedly ignored my emails for several days. I had to email everybody in the dealership in order to have my the title mailed to me, which happened the day before I left for my trip! He came back with lame excuses, he obviously didn't care and his attitude was very frustrating. I even had to threat him to report to his boss about his attitude. I'm usually a very easy going customer but he definitely took advantage of me here. Aaron Fenyus was more understanding but didn't get back to all my emails either. That said he was helpful and courteous when I met him. He was the only person I met there. Tiffany Zawadski was very helpful as well and got the title in the mail (overnight) very shortly we called her. In addition the windshield side garnishes got loose on my way back home. I found out that this was a recall and hadn't be done on this car, so I have to go to a local Acura dealership to have this job done. If I find another good deal I will go back to this dealership but I'll make sure to not deal with Mr McFarlane ever again. He is not professional and doesn't respect you.

great facility with more than enough cars to choose from. i bought a hyundai elantra and the guys at the showroom there were friendly and so easy to deal with.
