Very attentive and cooperative

I had been looking for a used Buick LaCrosse and found a fine example at MotorWorld. Negotiations were straightforward and low-pressure. I found everyone I dealt with, including the Sales Manager for Pre-Owned Inventory, Bill Smith, to be attentive and easy to work with. Unfortunately, personal reasons (my spouse had a last-minute change of heart about buying a car) prevented me from concluding the deal. But I am confident it would have been a satisfying purchase.

Just bought a 2012 Veracruz

Dave Hooke, was our salesman, and I cannot say enough great things about him !!!! Usually car salesman are pushy and aggressive, but not Dave !!! You want to have fun, save money, get excellent one on one sales, AND get a great vehicle, Dave is your man !!!

Great first time buying experience

I was just looking around, not to serious about buying a jeep when I found something that interested me at motorworld. The salesman was not at all pushy with me but very helpfull, I took a loan through motorworld finance partners and the process was very fast. I really like the used jeep that I bought. I did take a warranty with the vehicle and after a week driving it noticed a problem with the heater core, I called my salesperson who immediately scheduled a service appointment for me, the problem was fixed under warranty in one day. Very professional service dept. I didn't think I could have a positive experience with a large dealership such as motorworld but they were right on top of things. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from motorworld. Great job.

Financing

Don't have your own finacing. If you do they don't want to know you. I was actually told the car was sold, when it actually was not. They make there money financing cars through there banks. They are flat out liers.

2009 Toyota Yaris

Tony Kampas was very helpful and informative in my quest for a new car. I test-drove a used/certified Toyota Yaris. This vehicle met my needs for a small, gently used car with low mileage. Tony was very knowledgeable about this car and when I arrived at the showroom, knew exactly where the car was. I had researched online ahead of time which made this trip simple. The price was what I expected and the car was readied for me to drive it home in a short time! Thank you for Tony Kampas and Motorworld for their help in making me a happy owner of this 2009 Toyota Yaris.

great experience at MotorWorld pre-owned

Alan Crawford was a great salesperson, very patient and understanding, he gave us a great deal for our trade, we needed to upgrade to a mini van and found the exact one we were looking for at a fantastic price, my husband and I couldn't be happier!
