Used Hyundai
I purchased my used car in May, 2012. The car needed 2 small rust spots removed and the salesman wrote up a work-order for a hand touch-up. I made an appt. and came back 2 weeks later just to have an employee tell me that it would need to be sanded and sealed. I drove 90 miles for nothing! I came back and had it repaired (John in air-brushing did a very nice job and Mary Ellen from collision is the nicest woman ever and a valuable employee). When I bought the car I wasn't happy with the finance employee. He told me my GWC warranty would be effective the day after my 6 month Motorworld warranty expires which is NOT correct. It starts the day you buy the vehicle. He should have known this and I paid my car insurance company for having rental reimbursement and towing when I had it included in my GWC warranty. He also made me feel rushed when I was deciding if I should take the warranty. When I was reviewing the warranty paperwork I noticed he took out his cell phone and was looking at it/texting? I found that to be rude and unprofessional.

Motorworld Hyundai
Motorworld Hyundai was an excellent choice when it came to buying my new Hyundai Sonata. The sales team was great and my experience with Dave Hooke was very cordial, friendly and his explanation of the choices and pricing information was very helpful and Dave is definitely not a pushy salesperson which I liked very much. The Sales Manager Bill Zalappa was very practical and upto the point with a no-nonsense approach on the pricing. I totally enjoyed dealing with Motorworld Hyundai and would recommend Dave Hooke and Bill Zalappa to anyone thinking on buying a Hyundai vehicle to MotorWorld Hyundai.

Selling cars that don't exist
Recently I found a good deal on a used Acura TSX. I was all excited and I went to Motor World to do a test drive. When I arrived at the Motor World I went straight to Acura Sales department. As soon as I walked through a door I talked to the manager and told him the stock# of the car that I was interested in. Without checking the inventory, he told me that this car is located in preowned vehicles section of the Motor World. So I went to the preowned section, which is on the other side of the dealership. Sales representative at preowned section told me without checking the inventory that this car is located in Acura section. I was starting to get irritated. I asked him to check the inventory and to find out exactly where the car is located. He did check it on the computer and told me that this car is located in Acura section. I went back to Acura sales and told the same sales person that I already stopped by and was sent away. I asked him to check the inventory and he did. Turns out that this car was too scratched up to be sold with Motor World warrantly and that it will be sold at the auction. The advertisement for the vehicle was still active on cars.com for couple of days after I confirmed that this car is no longer at the Motor World and it was sent to the auction. I wish Motor World would check the inventory and remove advertisements for cars that they no longer have. This would prevent me from making unnecessary trip to the Motor World.

Love the Mercedes ML350
Bill, our salesman, was wonderful and very helpful. I never thought I would own a Mercedes, but Motorworld made it possible. We went to a few Mercedes dealers and no one could even come close to the deal that I got from Motorworld. When I am in the market for another car, I will make the 45 mile drive to Motorworld just because of this experience.

used car purchase
it was a little annoying when in the end after over an hour with the sales person, i felt rushed to sign the papers. no going over things, just sign here and here. it was also upsetting that the amount i would pay monthly was quoted much lower than i ended up with. it wasnt until i got home with the papers did i realize that i never got the car for the price agreed upon. and im sorry but with my 1,000 down, i feel i should have financed the vehicle for that much less, maybe then my monthly payments wouldnt have been so high. would caution anyone shopping here to be careful with the quickness of signing papers

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY
We will never go to motorworld ever again!!!! We will especially never buy another Hyundai again in our lives!!!!! The service is beyond terrible and corporate headquarters can't stand on their own two feet!!!! We purchased a new Hyundai from them less than a year ago and recently realized that two of our tires were completely ruined due to faulty alignment from the factory!!!! We immediately took it in for service and was told that our warranty was 400 miles over and they wouldn't cover anything!!!! To even make it worse, because my husband changes our oil and we don't go to them, they were even ruder!!! so basically becuause we don't go to them for our routine check ups, they will not help us with a major safety issue of the car becuase we didn't go to them for our $100 oil changes!!!!! After fighting a long battle, they agreed to align the vehicle, but refused to replace the tires due to their faulty alignment!!!!! The wires were actually showing out the tires!!!! They basically told us it was "OUR PROBLEM" and sent my husband out of their garage with tires that could blow at any moment!!!! I told them that I couldn't believe how a multibillion dollar company could let their customers drive out of a garage risking their life and worse yet with 3 small children that ride in that car versus replacing a few tires due to their faulty alignment, to provide safetly for their customers that they claim that are so SAFE!!!!! Worse yet, I was hung up on by their service staff!!!! I couldn't believe how rudely we were treated and how they were not willing to help us with anything!!!! Needless to say my husband immediately went and put 4 'NEW TIRES' on our piece of garbage Hyundai to keep his family safe. Trust me, the vehicles are junk and worse yet, if you have a problem, don't expect them to help you at all!!!! I have been spreading the word about our story and people have been astonished!!!!! I have also heard feedback from other Hyundai past owners with similar problems with service!!!! Trust me 'STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you want your family safe!!!!

MotorWorld Hyundai sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences the customer had experienced during their visit. The customer came in with a concern that his tire was bald, which he noticed when recently rotating his tires. Our service department checked the alignment and found the rear and front tow to be out of spec. We corrected the alignment but also recommended 2 new tires for the customer. We offered to contact the tire manufacturer to see if they were willing to participate in replacing both tires for the customer. However the customer declined us to call, stating that he knows the tire manufacturer was not going to replace them. We advised that you never know what the tire manufacturer is going to do unless we call and ask. Although, anytime we contact Hyundai, they ask for service records. Since the customer does not service his vehicle with us, we had to ask him for them. MotorWorld Hyundai would still like to thank the customer for their review.
Purchasing My Dream Car...
I just recently purchased my dream car from Dave Ferenchick at MotorWorld Mercedes-Benz. Dave made it one of the greatest experiences of my life! Not only did he take the time to make me feel very comfortable through out the entire purchase, but he continues to answer all of my questions that I still call him about. Mercedes Benz CLK 350
My experiences with MotorWorld and salesperson Dave Ferenchick were great as I purchased my certified Mercedes Benz CLK 350. Dave was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. All my questions were answered in detail. After I purchased the vehicle and before I took the car off the lot, Dave spent a great deal of time explaining the many features of the car. As far as MotorWorld is concerned, I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
