I just had the best experience buying a pre-owned Corolla from Dave Bell at MotorWorld in Wilkes-Barre. He found the perfect car for me instantly! Deal was completed in a few hours! I highly recommend calling Dave to help you find the right car for you!

I had an amazing experience here working with Brian. I was here for my dad who was purchasing a vehicle. He was very helpful and kind to my dad and myself. I had no plans on walking out with a car of my own but I did and I’m very happy I came here. Overall we both was very happy and plan to return with my little sister within a week or so.

I wish I could give a higher rating! I had the best car buying experience at Motorworld Pre-owned! I was treated well by all the employees and had zero issues during the purchase. I never felt pressured or rushed. I am so happy with my new vehicle and can’t thank my salesman, Mr. Loftus, enough! He even took time to set my phone and navigation system up. All Covid precautions were taken and and everything was beyond clean! I will be back when the time comes for a new vehicle !

Followed all CDC guidelines and were very friendly. Dave was able to get me the car that I wanted quickly. My trade was given what I needed as well. I am pleased and will return.

Excellent Expeience

Was treated with great politeness and respect. The experience of buying the car was easy and quick and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me to make the right decision. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for buy a pre-owned vehicle.

Buyer Beware

Drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. Already had financing. Car was dirty, not cleaned at all. Told we would have to wait over an hour for car to be detailed. Car was in worse condition than pictures online. Leather had tears. Door panels and keyless ignition had unrepairable damage. Exterior had tons of scratches down to the metal, several holes in both bumpers. There was an issue with the stearing. Dealer was not willing to fix it, said "we didn't feel anything". Two separate buyers drove the vehicle, both said the stearing was not working properly. We were lied to by online salesperson. Lied to by in person salesperson. Told they could not work with our credit union and we would have to use their finance company. We agreed, filled out all their forms. Final price was $1700 more than original agreed on price. We were informed after driving 2.5 hours and sitting in the dealership for 3 hours that the car had a recall and they could not sell to us. Basically waisted an entire day, felt like we were not treated respectfully. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

We appreciate your feedback about MotorWorld and take every review seriously. Our Sales Manager, Rich Moore, has been in contact with you regarding your experience and has addressed all of your concerns. As discussed, you were never told you could not use your credit union for pricing, instead the sales advisor was offering to match the finance rate. Our service technicians checked the steering and explained to you how it works, but unfortunately after the full service was complete, a recall was found when they pulled the forms on the vehicle.
