Geoff is the best! Very friendly. Went out of his way to bring me from Philadelphia to Ciocca to purchase a used 2017 Ford Edge. I thought it would be an awkward trip being in a car that length of time with a stranger but he made it an enjoyable experience with pleasant conversation. Once I arrived the process for purchasing the car was very fast and I was finished in no time. I look forward to when their new dealership opens in Philadelphia. I will definitely return to them for any service or, if need be, purchasing another car and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Geoff was great! Friendly, helpful, and stayed late to take care of us with the purchase of our used Acura ILX. Went above and beyond. Would definitely buy from Ciocca again. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Also, I love the car.

Amazing Experience -Test Drive to Buy in 2 Days

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ciocca this year, and we worked with Matt Dymit for both. Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to what our needs were and spent time going over the entire vehicle in detail prior to and after test drive and answered all my questions. He was available via phone and text message making the process so easy. My previous experience at other car dealerships always included a pushy salesmen and Matt is the complete opposite - we felt comfortable making the decision that was best for our family. Matt and his team were flexible that we needed to bring our 6 and 2 year old with us to complete paperwork. He worked with Finance to have as much of the information input and ready for us when we got there, the car was detailed and ready to go and we were in and out in 30 - 40 minutes which was amazing.

Awful customer service. Sorry I ever bought a truck from them. Called 3 times for a problem and never got a call back. Went in for my oil change and they tried to charge me. I bought the service to have free oil changes the first 4 years. They could not bring it up. Incompetent people. Very annoyed.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! I brought my 2015 Ford Transit Van in for service in late March of this year for the service of two factory recall notices I received. They contacted me upon completion of the recall work and informed me that my van would need new brake pads and rotors, a replacement of a radiator hose, and a few other items. After about a week, they contacted me to let me know the work was completed and the cost of the service was around $2,200.00 I paid for the service with my credit card on the phone and had my van delivered to my home. I did not drive my van for about 2 weeks. After sitting in my driveway for two weeks, I decided it was best to drive my van to recharge the battery. After driving about five miles, I noticed the van feeling very sluggish and the "Check Engine" light was on. I returned to Ciocca Ford service and informed them of the situation. After having my van for several days, I received a phone call from a gentleman in service who informed me that my van was going to need to have the engine replaced and the cost for this would be just under $10,000.00. This did not even include a new engine! This was using a used junk yard engine. I questioned him as to what was the problem and why they had not discovered this when it was in for service just a few weeks earlier. He informed me that they did not have a crystal ball and could not foresee this problem. I informed him that I would not proceed with the repair and that I would like for them deliver my van to my home. He refused to deliver the van and informed me that i would need to pay a diagnostic fee of $169.00. I disputed the fee and asked to speak with the service manager. He assured me that he already knew what the manager would say and that I would need to pay the fee, I guess he found his crystal ball! After speaking with the manager, the fee was waived and I picked up my van. I then took my van to a service station recommended to me by a friend. I explained to them the situation and presented them with the diagnostic report given to me by Ciocca Ford. I informed them that I was not in a hurry to get my van back and they could take their time inasmuch as they were very busy. A week later, the owner of the service station called me to let me know that my van was repaired and ready for pick up. The problem was that the oil was dirty and thick, thus causing the sluggishness and the activation of the engine light. They drained the old oil, flushed the engine with a cleaning solution and replaced it with new oil. TOTAL COST: $234.00!!!! My van has been running great and no need for a new engine. It only makes me wonder what I paid Ciocca Ford $2,200.00 for. I have never felt more cheated in my life! I telephoned the service manager at Ciocca Ford after my van was properly repaired and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. He promised to investigate the matter and review my previous service to make sure that I was not over charged. It has been more than a month and I have still not heard from him. I did not need a crystal ball to see this coming! UsefulFunnyCool

Quality Customer Service

It was a pleasure working with Kris and several other members of the Ciocca Ford team in Quakertown. In comparison with other dealerships, Ciocca was more willing to work with me to find a truck that fit my needs while also staying within my budget. They also gave me a fair deal on my trade. Kris was very responsive throughout the whole process. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I'm thrilled with my new F-150 and thank Kris and Ciocca Ford for all of their work.
