I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Mainline Acura Dealership, and my experience left much to be desired. From start to finish, the lack of professionalism and shady practices were evident, making it an ordeal I wouldn't wish upon anyone. First and foremost, the sales staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of greeting me warmly and answering my questions transparently, they seemed disinterested. I was hit with unexpected fees and charges during the trade in process. When calling them out on they played dumb. In conclusion, my experience at Mainline Acura Dealership was deeply disappointing. The lack of professionalism, shady pricing tactics, and overall discomfort make it a dealership I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your car-buying needs.

Bait And Switch On Price
I drove to this dealership with the intention of buying a very low mileage 2020 Acura ILX. It was suspect for a 2020 with such low mileage and no information in the CarFax as far as maintenance details. There was also a discrepancy with mileage changing in a single day from higher to lower, odd. The advertised price was $25,484 on both Autotrader and Cars.com. The salesman who tried selling me the car was contantly double-speaking and changing prices numerous times. I offered a price I was willing to pay after some minor paint repairs on the car, small but noticeable (dent/scuff on rear corner). All I wanted was purchase detailing and clean fluids in the car since it was sitting for who knows how long prior to dealership purchase. The battery was also listed as failing in their service report, no new battery was installed on a Certified vehicle. It was just jumped. To conclude I offered $25,000 and small paint repairs. This is before taxes and fees $$$. No manager spoke to me at any time and this salesperson was wasting time doing lord knows what. He comes back with a price of nearly $28,000 (above $27,000) for the car and a high cost listing of options all totaling close to $40,000 (high $38k with ala carte options). No online price was offered AT ALL. They refer to it as a Piazza Discount, but there is no discount. Do not trust the prices listed because they consider it 3rd party pricing and not dealer pricing. You're listing the cars online and not honoring the price. I would have bought the car if you made minor corrections and honored price. A waste of a drive and a waste of time. Good luck to any potential buyers. Be smart and don't be manipulated in this post-pandemic grossly inflated predatory market.

Kevin Lee and Tara Ryan (Finance) were excellent professionals that guided us and helped us each step of the way. Felt very comfortable in their hands. HIGHLY Recommend buying a car from Piazza Acura Ardmore.

I purchased a Q5 which so far I happy with, my experience was very nice...Claude was my salesman it was a pleasure. Great customer service, very helpful, made sure I we were hydrated. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Nosrat, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was unintrusive in his approach, which I appreciated immensely. In my experience with dealing with salesmen at dealerships, very over bearing and intrusive approaches have lead me to walking away from deals, but Sam made me feel very comfortable! And working with the Finance Manager, Jonathan was also a pleasure. He showed that he cared that I was happy with the deal we made.
