Julie was very knowledgeable, kind, took her time to explain everything professionally so we could make a right decision. Financing and registration process was very smooth and fast. Actually this is my first experience when I got the keys and was good to go in minutes. Usually it takes lots of time waiting for the bank response and signing papers. Julie made sure everything was prepared before we came into the office. And it took maybe 10-15 minutes to get everything done. Thumbs up! Julie is very knowledgeable and showed me the specs that came in my 2019 ILX which I greatly appreciate because I don't know much about car settings outside of setting up bluetooth.
