Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.

Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. They alone have kept me leasing/buying Acuras for years. Kudos!!! Niceness does still exist!

The people that work at Piazza Acura of Ardmore, the

The people that work at Piazza Acura of Ardmore, the reasonable (for a luxury product) prices and the highest level of workmanship and integrity. Everyone (from the guy that initially greets you to take your car) to the service coordinators are friendly and professional. I have been going there for 15 years and I would not take my Acura to anyone else!!!

My service rep Bryant was very informative and so not

My service rep Bryant was very informative and so not pushy. He was available for questions during the servicing of my vehicle (by phone and text). Kept me updated accordingly. Even provided an option for a payment plan if needed. Very courteous and patient. My SUV runs great now and I will return in the future

The salesperson ( Kevin Lee) gave me breathing space! Not pushy as I expected. Once my decision was made, he even took the time to get me acclimated and setup in the car!

Megan my sales person was very professional. Even apologizing when things were my fault. She delivered me the car I've been wanting since it first came out and made the process a personalized customized experience that is what you want car buying to be but rarely is.
