As far as your car. Competence, timeliness, expertise and courtesy! Oops, I forgot communication - the best. I actually enjoy bringing my car into Mike's gang. With my experience with Acuras - over 20 years - I find that aside from regular maintenance, it is rare to have a problem. Sometimes I just stop in to say "Hi". They are the best. Well, I haven't been to every dealership but, I couldn't imagine any being better.
