Piazza Acura of Ardmore

Hello. My recent trip to Piazza Acura of Ardmore was a pleasant experience, as usual. They were polite, helpful, and professional, as always. Thank you.

The service team at Ardmore Acura is great. We currently have 2 vehicles serviced there and have always had great service. Tom is always very responsive.

From the moment we call to make an appointment until the time we pick up our car from Piazza's Service Department, we receive excellent and caring service from Gary Weber and the other members of the Service Team. We feel that we are being treated specially, but have come to know that the service we receive is standard with all Piazza's customers. Thank you!

The complimentary service, car washing and communication with the service managers is unique. The waiting area is comfortable, well stocked with water, coffee, snacks newspapers and TV. The wait is not long but you are very comfortable while waiting.

I just bought a used Jetta from Piazza VW for my daughter. The car looks and runs like its brand new. Danit made the entire driving and buying process a breeze. Great to do business with!

I like the ease with coming in without an appointment and still being serviced quickly. The customer service people are very friendly, even when they are not serving you personally. Love the complimentary car wash.

The service team is great! Dropped my car off a day early because I was going out of town. They called an hour after I left and said my car was ready! I was able to go back and get my car before I even left for my vacation! Thanks!

I have been a customer of the Piazza Group in Ardmore PA in leasing Acura sedans for the past 10 years. They are efficient when I come for regular maintenance visits. Their waiting area is comfortable and accommodating to their customers. All of their service representatives are kind and guide us through the explanation of any issues that arise.

The service was done on time and on schedule. Complimentary car wash very much appreciated. This dealership has come a long way. Keep it up.

Nobody likes getting a flat tire, but dealing with car trouble with the Piazza Acura service team is always a pleasant experience. My only complaint is that they're not closer to where I live!
