Everyone at Piazza was pleasant and helpful. There was no feeling of being pressured. My sales person, Steve Baxter was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I brought my car in for inspection. Because I lease my car from the dealership, I was not charged for the inspection. It was done in just a few hours and the service was excellent!

Nick, was very friendly and professional. The service for my car was done within a hour of dropping it off. I love the new text message system. Nick, gave me status updates as soon as he found out from the mechanic's. Once, the car it was done he sent me a message with the info and when they closed for the day.

Suddenly , the need service indicator flashed. Since it was the start of the July 4th holiday , I was very happy they could solve my problem on such short notice.

I always have a pleasant experience and do not dread that they will overcharge me or do things to my vehicle that are not necessary. Everyone there always is personable and helpful. They provide loaner cars even when I don't request them - thinking about the impact on my day. One problem was that whoever washed the car - used a dirty rag and smeared all my windows. Check to make sure you use clean rags or paper towels. thanks!

I had a roof rack and railings installed on my RDX. The staff was courteous and professional, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Everything was handled seamlessly. I have no complaints at all.
