We have leased 8 vehicles from Piazza over the last 20 years and have had our cars serviced there during that time. First, the Acura cars need little maintenance, but when maintenance is required during the year, or you get a flat tire and you need immediate help, the Acura service department is there and it is the best. From the phone call to schedule, to the initial meeting with the service managers, to the ultimate first class service you get from the service technicians, to the free, courtesy car wash at the end, the experience is always positive. No one wants to bring their car in for service, but if and when it is necessary, Piazza Acura makes the experience as positive as it can be. The highest recommendation!
