Great!
Second time having the oil change/service experience was a very smooth experience. The only thing that I was dissatisfied was that both times my car was not vacuumed and I had to ask them to have it Cleaned. That to me is bad customer service.

As always, excellent service from Tom Chiriani. I've been servicing my 2004 TL here for 12 years, my 2000 TL for four years before that and my 2014 ILX for the last two years and I have always been beyond very happy with my sales and service experience at Piazza Acura.

Best Dealership Ever!!
Because of this dealership and its amazing staff, I would NEVER use another, nor would I ever stop by buying Acuras. No matter how busy they appear to be, they are always cordial, helpful and incredibly patient. If something isn't right, they always make it right!! They always make me feel welcome and try their very hardest to accommodate my requests. This is definitely a 5 STAR ++ business!!!

This was my first service appointment after purchasing my Acura a few months ago. The service team was very friendly, finished on time and even washed and vacuumed my car! That's great service!

I do not have to feel stressed about purchasing a car at Ardmore Acura because my salesman, Mr. Kevin Lee, is a perfect gentleman. He takes his time and I enjoy the car buying experience as opposed to dreading it. I have leased 3 Acura's from Mr. Lee and I plan to lease a fourth in 6 months.

I have never had a dealership give me such good service. No apt needed for an oil change and my car was finished in an hr having been washed and vacuumed. Gary couldn't have been any nicer from start to finish, even helping to dry my car off.

Always Great Service
I have been bringing in my 2004 TSX since I bought it and couldn't ask for better service. Whenever I have an issue, I am able to bring in my car the next day and am usually set up with a loaner. After they get the car in to look at it, Tom calls and explains any problem very well, lets me know what is necessary, and anything else the tech recommends. Taking your car to the dealer may be a little more expensive, but for me it is worth the peace of mind that I know repairs were done properly using quality parts. I have never felt pressured to have any work done I felt was unnecessary and would recommend this service to anyone.

Best possible service experience
My check engine light lit up this past Friday night. I had to get a new drivers license in Ardmore so I planned to take the car in Saturday morning. I called early to get an appointment but was told no appointment needed just come in before 4:00pm. I arrived at 11:00am, was immediately greeted by an employee and asked for my keys. The door to the service department was opened for me and I was warmly greeted by a very friendly service agent who directed me to the next open service writer. Within 3 minutes my car was written up and I was on my way out the door. I went across the street to get my new drivers license. It was a little crowed at the license processing center but I was out of there in 30 minutes. Walked back to Piazza Acura had a half a cup of coffee and my car was ready. The service agent applied a coupon for the B1 service and I was on my way. Could not have gone smoother or more pleasant. Great job Piazza Acura!
