Excellent service from Piazza Acura
I have always been impressed by the professionalism of the Acura service team. They are invariably helpful and ahead of the curve. They are always polite and responsive to phone calls. When I arrive I am met by the one of the team to take my car and keys. When I go to the counter I am met by my usual team member (Gary), who leads me through the process. Everything is smooth, detailed, and addresses my issues. I walk away with confidence that my needs will be met quickly and effectively. Great team! Michael McVeigh

Good Service
My wife and I retired and just moved back home to the city from Wash., DC. This is our first experience here. Gary was very helpful and attentive to our needs, including accepting our third-party extended warranty. Repair to our A/C system could not be completed on first visit due to need for a part, so Gary set up second visit a few days later; this time with a free loaner car. And all went well! We will be back for all our service needs.

Piazzs Acura Ardmore is simply the best
Scott and Gary were great . Welcomed me and Gary explained the repairs needed and made suggestions . He voluntarily found coupons for some of the repairs . I will continue to go to Ardmore location . They continue to exceed my expectations . Best of the Best.

Been a customer since June of 2009, This is the "Best" service department I have ever dealt with ever!!!! The auto industry should use your Acura service as a model of whats perfect in auto service. And I have to tell you I'm not easy to please. On time, fair price, exceed my expectations and gets better every year.
