Purchased a 2015 Acura RDX on 2/10/15 from Piazza Acura. Steve Baxter our sales professional was extremely professional, thorough and provided me with an excellent sales experience. I was quite impressed with my recent visit to the dealership. I went in to discuss my options to lease a vehicle. I met with Steve Baxter who was very professional and genuinely friendly. Steve asked me what I was looking to do and after a few minutes offered a few options that might suit my needs. There was no hard selling or pushy tactics. Steve was very knowledgeable about the products and offered his opinion on what would be the best way to structure my financing. After test driving my new TLX I was overwhelmed by the vehicle and Steve's commitment to customer service. Great experience at this dealership thanks to a great salesman. When you go, ask for Adam Bertles. He was honest, candid, and worked hard to get my pregnant wife and I exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Couldn't have been happier with the result. Adam really went to bat for us and got it done. Don't bother working with anyone else. In the many times I've gone through this process, Adam is the best I've come across.
