Good treatment

I have been using Piazza VW since 2004 for service, and in 2013 I bought my 2nd Passat from them. I am consistently treated well by the service department, and buying the car from the sales department was a very good experience. I would recommend the company without reservation.

no problems

10,000 mile check done under warranty. Can't discern quality of work; assume done properly. Phone call to service to determine best time to come was not handled that well. But once there, everyone I dealt w/ was very nice.

Great Service!

I've been purchasing and servicing our VW's at Piazza for 6 years. I have never had an issue with sales or services. They always complete services appointments in a time manner! They are an A+ operation!

Yet Another Fabulous Piazza Experience!

Here is my latest Piazza VW Service story?and further evidence about why I regard the Piazza service team as the very best around. I had a small tear in the cloth upholstery of my Beetle. I called the service department and asked them to order a replacement for the bottom portion of the seat and to notify me when I could come in and get the work done. Later that day, I received a call from Ken Dacanay, one of the fabulous service people who comprise Neil Berger?s team. Ken said he had been informed by the Service Dept. that I had ordered the seat and although they would be happy to replace it, they could repair it for a fraction of the $700 cost of replacement. I brought it in, they repaired it completely, it looks brand new, and they charged me $45. Piazza is the most customer-focused service department I have ever encountered.
