Exceptional Service
Needed an oil change and State/Emissions Inspection. Dave got me a ride to and from a medical appointment while my car was being serviced. What else can you ask for?

Best Service advisor in all of the Subaru company! As long as Dan is at Glanzmann's my cars will be serviced at Glanzmann Subaru! Dan is Very knowledgable. He respects what the customer says and makes having car issues a little easier to swallow! Someone should really think about making sure Dan has. Subaru demo car to drive! Can you imagine the wonderful experience customers would have explaining issues and Dan being able to say that he has experienced first hand while driving his Subaru? It's a win- win for Subaru and Dan!!!!

David Ullman always provides the best service. Glanzmann fixed this problem, only charging me for parts, not labor and lending me a new Impreza for 3 days. This will be my next car in the future.

Great Experience
We went to Glanzmann because they had the specific model of certified pre-owned Impreza we were looking for. Our salesman, Justin Brock, was knowledgable, affable, and helpful. He made the purchase process a breeze. Neal Hood handled the paperwork which also went smoothly. Everything was clearly explained and we didn't feel pressured at all to be up-sold. All in all a great experience.

Honest and down to earth sales manager!!
After my dad got back from test-driving a Subaru at a local dealership, he came back and told me he was going to buy the car. When he told me the price he was quoted, I was in shock because it was clear that the salesperson was trying to take advantage. I did my due diligence in calling all local dealerships and it wasn't until I spoke to Laura of Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown, when I was able to get the bottom line and a considerate voice on the line. On top of being friendly and patient, she went out of her way to accommodate a trade-in, offer the best price, throw in a maintenance plan and stay late to finalize the sale. It is because of her professionalism and quality customer service that I will recommend Glanzmann Subaru to everyone who wants to be able to trust they are getting the best price from the get-go.
