Simply the best sevice experience ever!

This is a quality operation. Family feel to it. Everyone is super helpful. No complaints at all. I have ony had a good experience there. Would buy my next car there too.

Annoying problem

I dealt with David Ullman when my car's skid light & abs light were on, & when, at times, I couldn't shift out of park. David was pleasant to deal with & friendly, & when my car was fixed--quickly, I might add, the problem being a faulty light switch--he told me that, even though my warranty had expired, there would be no charge. What more could you ask for--he was great!

Very quick oil change

Just popped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very positive experience. Before I knew it Bill was back to get me in the waiting room to tell me that I was ready to roll. I'll be back for my next oil change in 5,000 miles.

Great Service Helpfulness

Regular maintenance sneaked up on me but I was able to get an appointment that met my schedule. Very professional - would highly recommend them. Have been a happy customer since early 1990s; both used and new Subaru purchases; and always their service.

Excellent service

Ive been going to Glanzmann Subaru for years I new them when they were on north 2snd street in phila. Both me & my wife have a Subaru . I bought my car fr. another dealer .I tried there service & found myself going back to Glanzmann for service. They try their best to see your needs are addressed & tell you the cost before they proceed. I checked prices & found they are very competitive . I dealt with Dan Geist & he helps you find a solution as if it was his problem. I tell people about where I go for service but I think they can,t believe it.

effective and courteous

My appointment was handled on time and with courtesy. They correctly diagnosed a weird switch problem that kept my cabin light from shutting off when I closed the door and suggested a no-cost solution. The oil change that was my main reason for the appointment was done efficiently. Over time I have come to rely on the service here--not quite as cheap as my local gas station but totally reliable, honest, and on time. It is well worth the difference.

Professional, courteous and ethical

Definitely a 5 star. I don't think there is another service department that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. My husband and I both own Subarus and we both have the utmost confidence in Glanzmann. We have dealt with Dan Geist on most of our visits and he has been professional, courteous and extremely helpful to us. I have watched other staff interact with customers and the staff have always been professional and courteous.. Everything gets explained to you. There is not enough room on this page for me to write all the accolades that their service department deserves. Because of my confidence in Glanzmann's service department, I will always own a Subaru. It took me a long time to finally feel confident with a service department. Thank you Dan and others.

Five star attitude

I rolled in at 5pm with a defective battery, and not only did Dan Geist deal with the issue immediately, he was also able to arrange all of the service AND state inspections that were scheduled for the following week. All after 5pm. It's that willingness to go above-and-beyond combined with common sense that brings me back here. Five stars.

state inspection

My service visit was handled courteously and professionally. I was treated with respect and in a timely manner. Every thing was explained to me clearly. I was very impressed with the service department. I have been here many times and am never disappointed.
