Took 3 tries to finally fix my car correctly. Service never returned phone calls. Have been going to Davis Acura for over 10 years and this was the worst experience.

I bought a used Acura RDX and like the car so far. John was my sales guy and he was great. Your sales manager Ron and manager Mario are your typical car salesman. By typical I mean dishonest and tried pulling a fast one on me with a $500 registration fee. When I called them out on it they both had the exact same response, it was a high estimate. I would have to guess the owner condones this dishonest behavior! I would never do business with your dealership in the future!

Our Sales Managers use an estimate as the Finance Department are the ones who calculate your registration cost ( which is regulated by the state ), and adjusts the figures accordingly. It was not presented as an estimate. Ron and I spoke about the charge before I left the dealership to get the payment. When I came back the charge wasn’t adjusted. I’m not an expert on registrations but pretty sure there is no way they could ever cost $500 either. Your company has left their impression on me.

Bob Diaz is my rep, he’s always a professional and treats me with respect. As soon as I arrived at the facility I was taking in halfway through evaluation Bob came and explained what was done and what potentially needs to be done in the future without pressure selling.I love the hot tea in the waiting room.

Service was a breeze. The service advisor was courteous and the amount of time I would wait was accurate. My car wash was so appreciated. That’s why I am a repeat customer at Davis.

My experience so far with Davis Acura has been very pleasant. Bob Diaz is the best service agent I have ever dealt with. I have a few questions. I am trying to get answered concerning some of the work that was done on my vehicle. And with my powertrain warranty company that I have. But I am sure this will be resolved.

Fanatastic service department! Bob Diaz has been my service writer since I moved into this area 4.5 years ago, he always takes time to be thorough, and explain what needs to be done to my vehicle. He is never pushy or trys to sell me services or things i don’t need. I always feel like I’m getting a personal, and well a professional level of courtesy and service when I bring my car here!
