I didn't want to leave a review immediately, because I

I didn't want to leave a review immediately, because I was hoping if I have more time, my request for a 2nd key would be completed. When purchasing my 2017 Silverado a year ago, Acura pushed a package for a $5k package which allowed be to fix dents, scratches, get a key & ECT. I tried getting a 2nd key, but was told I cannot use this "pushed package" unless Acura provided me with a 2nd key. It has been over 2 months and I have still not gotten any answers. The passed 2 weeks, I have called; of course no one answered; not have I gotten a call back. My complaint is against the Finance Department. Overall, they are friendly and cool. I know I am patient, so leaving a review is a big deal. All I want is a 2nd key OR my $5k back for being pushed this package which I CANNOT USE because I was never given a 2nd key. Thank you

I traveled from NJ to PA to Purchase a new 2022 Acura MDX

I traveled from NJ to PA to Purchase a new 2022 Acura MDX Type-S for my wife today. I traded in her 2020 Honda Accord on the MDX and financed with Davis Acura. Their rates are very competitive. Evan as great to deal with and it was a quick and seamless transaction. Ron the sales manager made the deal happen and most importantly my wife is very happy with her new MDX Type S! This dealership is always clean, and comfortable. The waiting area is spacious, clean and they offer snacks, coffee, tea and water while you wait. You can also charge your phone and use the available ipads they have on site.

Great service!

I went in to test drive a 2017 Acura MDX and Tony helped me with everything. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, took his time with explaining everything. I would honestly recommend this place, and if you go, ask for Tony, great guy!

I’ve been very pleased with your facility always polite courteous on time and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off but I unfortunately I’m moving two hours away so unless I need an oil change at a time that I’m gonna maybe be visiting I won’t be back sorry to say
