Every employee at the dealership were welcoming as soon as I entered the door. Chris was so great to work with, he listened to what I was exactly looking for and found the right car for me. My parents and I had a great experience at this dealership.

Sales reps were very friendly and attentive to my questions. We hagaled for a good hour or so and finally they were receiptive to my price line and a deal was struck. Greg was the main player, he twisted and turned and finally sprung a deal on me that I couldn't refuse. You do have a great staff there and I will pass that on to family and friends

car break down, battery issue tow to dealer, call dealer jim always take care of me, when i arrive is almost 4 pm, the dealer work off the problem had my car for me back to work on same day. thanks

I was satisfied with the service and deal that I got on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. Buying a new car can be stressful but the staff at Colonial Nissan made it easy. I would recommend the dealer for someone looking for a new vehicle. I bought two cars in two days!

FIRST TIME BUYER

I recently went to Nissan to purchase my first car and I was so nervous. This was a very big step for me and I couldn't have put trust in a better company. I had the pleasure of having Steve Gilman as my salesman and he made me feel so comfortable...did I mention he fed me also(a little inside joke). Steve took my information and went to the back and right there and then I wanted to leave because I thought he would come back and tell me I wasn't approved but instead he came back with a set of keys and told me to meet him out front. Test driving the car made me feel a little bit better but I wanted to get down to the nitty gritty..what were my payments going to be. That is when I met the infamous Tommy and he made this the best experiencce ever. We laughed and joked talking about football and all kinds of sports that I forgot that I was at a car dealership.I felt so comfortable when I left Nissan in first car I cried all the way home because I never thought that this would happen to me.

I am taking the time to write this review because it has been a long time since I experienced such an excellent standard of customer service. Chris and Antatoly were not only patient but extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff Garfinkel was.... the epitome of customer service and class . I can’t thank him enough for all he has done to help me. Not only did he remember me from 2011 but he made me and my son feel as though we were part of a family. It was truly an experience that I will remember. Thanks again, Melissa and Xander
