Love working with Bob , Roy and Mike! We have now purchased our 3rd car from Bob Wagner and find him extremely helpful and honest! He has introduced us to Roy Williams, who helped with delivery and had knowledge and patience teaching us our "new system". We've worked with Mike before for financing and also appreciate his knowledge and experience. I have been a Kennedy customer since 1990 when I purchased my first new car. Whether it has been CHEVY or FORD, It has always been a good experience.

Excellent customer service

Started out shopping online with Jason for a 2014 ford Edge we went back and forth for a while then we finally made it into the showroom in Feasterville PA and Craig Kirk was our salesman he was very helpful explained how to use everything in the car and was very professional. We will be in the market for a new truck in a few years and you can count on us coming back to John Kennedy. Dawn & Andrew Perseponko

I purchased a 2015 Fusion. The salesman Shawn Powers was great. He took me for a test run and when we got back he showed me how everything in the car works. He told me if I had anymore questions to call him, I feel good that there is someone there to help me should I need it and that I am not out there alone. Thank you Shawn for all you help.

2015 ford expedition lease

we leased a 2015 expedition from shawn...a sales rep that we continue to come back to as well as refer out, since our purchase a few years ago of a ford raptor. shawn's integrity and personal disposition is much appreciated. he's a guy whom my husband made a connection with and like I said, will continue to contact for our own needs and pass on his name to other interested buyers. we always have a positive experience when at the Kennedy Feasterville dealership and hope to continue this relationship 39 months from now when the lease term expires.

Live Person

I was very impressed with the Immediate response by a live person that was very professional and seemed very interested in my needs. i would have liked to go talk to them in person but i found a different truck closer to home.

My John Kennedy experience.

I recently requested information about a truck from the John Kennedy organization. It was on a Sunday but I got an email from Vanessa within an hour. The email said we are closed today but that she would be in touch early on Monday morning. I received both a phone call and an email about the truck on Monday morning as promised and she informed me of their hours and who to contact when I arrived for a test drive. The vehicle was being evaluated by the dealershio because it just came in at the time. I received another call from Vanessa later that day telling me that the vehicle did not pass their personal inspection and it would not be for sale. I appreciated that so as to not waste anyones time. She told me she would contact me when something else in that price range came in.
