Kennedy Ford Experience 2015

Can't say enough good things about Lance Brown. I got the very best DEAL on my trade-in and new 2016 Escape SE. (My third Escape in 15 years.) A few days later, I had my first experience with your Part and Service Departments. Excellent! Overall, I'd rate my Kennedy experience a 10 out of 10. Mike Cooney

Great place to buy a car

We purchased a Ford 2016 Escape, loaded with auto start and heated seats. The sales team was excellent. Both Nick & Sam were knowledgeable about the car and made the process easy.

Wonderful service

Being a first time buyer, I was so intimidated. Steve Snapp helped me through everything.. I was very nervous at first but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be recommending him to all friends & family.

2010 Escape

Service (oil change and 45K maintenance)completed as promised and in addition they were able to fit in repairing problem signaled by check engine light. Great customer service.

The staff was very pleasant. I wanted to go to breakfast while I waited and he looked up the hours so I would know when they opened.

Good service and quality work

Just a simple inspection this time. Service was quick and cost was reasonable. I find Mr. Fritsche to be helpful every time I go to Kennedy. This is the first place I have been to that does not try to add unnecessary jobs to my appointments. They have even told me what is or is not needed, which is wonderful for those of us on a fixed income. My car is thirteen years old with about 65,000 miles on it, but in great condition. They have helped me to maintain it so I am able to keep it until I can afford a new one. The only problem I have is that I love my Mercury, have had several of them, and wish they were still being sold. I would definitely buy another one.
