I was skeptical about buying a car during a pandemic. We all know how long you could spend in the dealership filling out paperwork, am I right? I must have priced out 6 different cars, trying my hardest not to speak to a human, and especially not to see one in person! Dan reached out to me about my inquires. He really listened to my concerns, put me at ease, and followed through on 100% (and more) of what he promised. He made the test driving experience completely contactless, to make sure I was comfortable. He wasn’t pushy but made suggestions that were incredibly helpful. He made it so when I showed up to sigh paperwork with Kristen she had all my docs ahead of time. Kristen was exactly what I needed for the financing process. She was informative, helpful and took every precaution to make sure to follow protocols to make me feel incredibly safe. It took about 15 mins to walk out with my new car. I cannot stress this enough - these two were a dream team!
