Jeff was great! Very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great buying experience and this was largely due to him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to but a KIA. Additionally, the day of buying process was a breeze and Kristen was thorough and efficient. Overall my experience with Scott KIA was excellent.

What a tough time to buy a car. We couldn't have face to face meeting so everything was handled by phone and email. Tiffany did a great job and kept me updated at all times. I can't say enough about how well things were handled. I highly recommend Scott Kia and Tiffany.

Good Experience
Eric was very patient with me, a person who considers buying a car a occasional necessary chore rather than an experience to look forward to. He was professional, friendly and walked me through buying my new Sportage at the pace I needed. I was made to feel comfortable with options given to me and my decisions.

Scott Kia
While I did not purchase my CPO Kia Soul here I have been getting my service done here and of all the places that I have dealt with over my 42 years as a licensed driver this is one of the most nicest and easiest to deal with. Usually in and out in less than an hour with or without an appointment. Free coffee, snacks, internet, and TV while you wait and there are places nearby that you can walk to for food or shopping. One of the nicest things is that they wash and vacuum your vehicle before they give it back. Would definitely recommend Scott Kia for any of your vehicle needs.

A pleasurable experience with Jeff Belack
My husband and I made an appointment at Scott Kia, located in Springfield, PA. We were greeted at the reception area with a smile and in a professional manner. Our salesman, Jeff Belack, was ready for us and greeted us with the same friendliness and professionalism. In fact, anyone we met gave us the same welcome. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and due to his knowledge; he was not only able to review all the pertinent information about the car we were interested in but to answer all our questions thoroughly. The actual buying experience was painless, and we were always in the know as to what was happening with the paperwork and how long it would take for us until we could drive our new vehicle home. This was our first time buying a Kia and “WOW” what a stress-free experience and was never felt to be pressured in any way. The Springfield dealership backs up their slogan with “Smooth Sailing” at Scott Kia! Thanks so much, Jeff!
