My husband and I made an appointment at Scott Kia, located in Springfield, PA. We were greeted at the reception area with a smile and in a professional manner. Our salesman, Jeff Belack, was ready for us and greeted us with the same friendliness and professionalism. In fact, anyone we met gave us the same welcome. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and due to his knowledge; he was not only able to review all the pertinent information about the car we were interested in but to answer all our questions thoroughly. The actual buying experience was painless, and we were always in the know as to what was happening with the paperwork and how long it would take for us until we could drive our new vehicle home. This was our first time buying a Kia and “WOW” what a stress-free experience and was never felt to be pressured in any way. The Springfield dealership backs up their slogan with “Smooth Sailing” at Scott Kia! Thanks so much, Jeff!

Right off from the front door Jeff made us feel like we had known him for all our lives. We did not feel like customers being pressured to buy a vehicle, we felt like a wanted member of a good caring family. For that reason alone I felt like I wanted to buy whichever car her had to offer. He understood my process for selecting and buying a vehicle and there was no pressure only help, information, and consideration. From the moment we walked in Hassan was very attentive, patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock!! We could not have been in better hands. His service went above and beyond from showing us vehicles and steering us towards the vehicle he knew was right for us based on our families needs! Hassan gave us a whole tour of the place, they have a section for kids, station for your cell phone charger, servicing and shuttles, snacks and refreshments! He explained everything that was going on, what was going to happen next and followed through with us even after we finished with finance and assisting us with the best selection for auto insurance. Hassan knew how my entire Sorento worked down to every button, seats, engine, all of it. If you have been to other dealerships where salesman cant answer your questions, you know how valuable this is! My mom recommended Scott Kia and now I am recommending it to anyone who reads this.
