JUST LIKE TO SAY: THE MECHANIC MARK WENT WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, HE WORKED ON THE BUS TILL CLOSING SATURDAY & CAME IN ON SUNDAY TO FINISH. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE DAN KENNEDY MADE SURE THE BUS WAS IN OUR LOT & READY FOR SERVICE ON MONDAY. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Service!

This Ford shop my go to, always! I've leased two cars from them, and whenever I bring my car in for service, I am always treated like a VIP. My most recent visit was handled excellently. Marcus and Marion, the night time Key Drop Attendant, and the Night Time Cashier went out of their way to provide me with above and beyond customer service. I really felt great leaving my car in their capable hands! Ralph, my service manager kept me updated throughout the day while my car was in. He got me back to the dealership via the shuttle service quickly after my service was complete. I cant say enough about everyone that works there! Thanks!!

I just would like to say, customer service was great, Joe Mertze was friendly. The mechanic(Brandon)was top notch. People there are real friendly.I am glad I took my wife's kia there. I work for community transit, we take our fleet there to get worked on & they are always top notch. The place was very clean also.Thank you for a great & comfortable experience.

2015 Escape Purchase

Frank in sales was great to deal with. Rita was the best. I was looking to do most of the purchase by phone with little time in the show room. Frank and Rita made this happen. I believe we got a great deal on our vehicle and enjoyed the process - hard to believe! Would recommend and buy here again.

Great service and no bull

I had an issue starting my car recently and the techs reviewed all possible causes and provided the best outcome for me and my wallet. It's hard finding trustworthy car repairmen.

Very good service

My used van was purchased in January and it had a 90-day warranty which I did not have to use since the vehicle was in excellent condition. I brought it back in October for inspection, which it passed with flying colors. The only glitch was that the emissions machine was not working when I first brought it in. The service advisor called me a few days later to tell me that the machine had been repaired and that I could bring my van in to have the emissions inspection done. It did not take long to have it completed. No repairs were needed for the van. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
