Trying to charge people for work not needed is despicable

Trying to charge people for work not needed is despicable and surely not the way to keep your customers loyal.In this economy times are hard with cars not selling,taking advantage of customers with your over exaggerated prices and some services that are not needed should be considered criminal

I have no complaints. I felt like they did above and beyond work compared to other places I’ve been to very friendly greedy me well and it was very transparent.

Efficient I did not get my normal recording of the service from the mechanic. Don't know why labor so high for oil change and tire rotation of low mileage 4 year old car.

I spoke to Dwayne on the phone and he invited me to come

I spoke to Dwayne on the phone and he invited me to come in to take care of my truck. He took care of us from start to finish, got us a rental and had my truck back to me as fast as they possibly could. I had a great experience.
