Service department staff are very good, courteous, and didn’t push me about buying more than needed to do. Suggested something, but also said could wait few more months to do it. Prices much higher. As for buying a car, I bought in NJ bc Chapman pricing much higher on similar cars. But I get it serviced in Philly Chapman

Chapman Nissan in the Auto Mall did a great job with the repairs on my car. They kept me informed of everything that needed to be fixed on my car, worked with my car warranty company to get the major repairs covered and continued to reach out to me to be sure I knew what my financial responsibility would be. I will continue to use my dealership for all my cars needs.
