Courteous Service

Richard was very thorough and competent in his follow up to my needs. He had the right car at the right price when I needed it. He also searched out additional discounts since the car was for my son who is graduating from college this year. This is my third car that I have purchased from Paoli Ford. I have been pleased every time with their service

Use Caution when buying a Pre Owned Vehicle

I recently purchased a used vehicle. Within days of the purchase and, before it had been driven 300 miles the vehicle began to have serious mechanical problems. The problems resulted in repair estimates in the thousands of dollars. I contacted them about the situation but as of this date I have not received a response. I would never do business with them again.

Fair, professional, friendly, patient

Jack (or John depending on what day it is) did his best to show me what options were available and explain what some of the options really meant. Aaron was efficient and came up (no fault of his) with a good price., Wish Ford's own customer support were equally good.

Great experience!

I had been shopping for a car for a while and dealt with a lot of car dealerships. As soon as I walked into Paoli Ford I felt a difference. Wayne was great to deal with, honest and real without the hard sell or pressure tactics I had experienced elsewhere. The whole team was lovely and they jumped through hoops to make this deal work for me. I highly recommend Wayne, Cesar, Aaron and the rest of the team at Paoli Ford.

EXCELLENT,ENJOYABLE AND SATISFYING

My lease on my Cadillac was due to end in June. For several months I have been looking at all makes of cars. I had Cadillacs for the last 20 years. We were looking at SUV"S. The final choices were Mercedes GLC and Ford Escape. It was a tough decision. I went back to Paoli several times and did not feel any pressure from them compared with other dealers. The salesman Wayne Eppinger was easy to talk to and helpful. I found everyone I had contact with in the office wanted me to be satisfied. I know that I will be asking many questions about the car as I get use to it. The satisfying service I received finalized the sale.
