My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Paoli Ford. Brian V. went above and beyond expectations. If you are in the market for a new/used car I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Brian. He is a genuine person and it very clearly shows in an industry which does not necessarily have a reputation for those characteristics. If myself or family are ever in need of another Ford vehicle we will be calling Paoli Ford specifically because of Brian V. and the service he offered us. The process was easy from start to finish and we are very grateful for all of the hard work that was done on our behalf. Brian was able to take all of the hassle out of the buying process and left us feeling like we not only got a great vehicle but also that we were treated fairly and were given a good deal. I was looking for a new van for my business. I saw one online, that was slightly used, 2016 ford passages van. Stop to see it in the afternoon. Just walk to the van to look at it and Lex came over. She went to get the keys and we took a drive. I like the van. We work out a better price on the van. This when I meet Steve, the used sale car manger. He told me information about, where it came from and who used it. It was missing a part, he said they would order a new one. Josh got me a good financing rate and term. Could not be happier. We had an excellent experience. We were offered plenty of options, both in terms of the car and in terms of financing. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they set us up with just what we were looking for in terms of price and extra features like a sun roof and a CD player. And we love the car.

I love my new Ford C-Max Energi! It is a Hybrid with a plug in and gets unbelievable milage, 93 MPGe. It is comfy and roomy, soooo cute. Great transaction too, Matthews Paoli Ford helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
