Scott Honda of West Chester

I was shopping for a while doing price and option comparisons online, and started my day by going to a dealership in New Jersey. I went all the way to Princeton to look at the car, a 2012 infiniti, with 37000 miles. I was suprized that the car was scratched and the salesman did not work with me on the price. The used car manager came out and told me that they were losing money on the car and could not take a lower price and refused to fix the scratches on the Car. this was Holden lexus in Princeton.. From there I went to an infinity dealership, located across the street from scott honda, and they tried selling me a new car, when I wanted a second car, and they wanted me to trade in my car, which I was not interested in doing. I crossed the street and pulled into Scott Honda, where I was greeted by Patrick Cummings, who is a new salesman at the used car department. I purchased a car from Scott honda before, and we was very curtious, and took my information and ran it through the system, and told me if the sales person that I worked with before was at the dealership, he would pass me along to them. I thought that was very professional, and he was very respectful and polite. The other two dealerships I went to seemed to try to push too hard to get you into a car that you really didnt want. By that time I appreciated the calm non pushy attitude. the car I came to see was a 2013 infinity g37x. The car had only 11 thousand miles. It was brand new looking and was detailed and looked like it just came off a showroom floor. It was also priced the same as the infinity that was in Princeton, but it was a year newer and 25 thousand miles less. Once I test drove the car, and saw how clean it was, I knew that was the right car for me. I made an offer on the car, and Patrick took it to his manager Mr. Josh Carey, and within 10 minutes we agreed on the price. The experience was wonderful and the car is practically brand new for half the price of a 2015 that I saw across the street at the infinity dealer. With that deal I also got the balance of the factory warranty and all the bonus things that Scott Honda provides on the cars they sell. If you want a clean low mileage car, and great service, I recommend dealing with this dealership. I have purchased from them a new Accord before, and I am glad to have had such a positive experience with this pre-owned car.
