Every time i need to get service done, it is done in the most efficient and timely manner. I never feel pressured into doing recommended services i am not be financially prepared for at the moment. From the moment you pull up you’re immeditely greeted by a friendly team member. I’m come reading just to get my service done on my commute to work in king of Prussia. I have a location literally down the road from where i live so that should tell you something about this locations service!

I’m on my 3rd lease with Scott Honda, and they continue to deliver excellent customer care in sales and service departments. Most recently Crystal was my service advisor when squirrels damaged my electrical and I got my car back in perfect condition last night. Crystal was in communication with me the whole week through diagnosis, insurance, and completion. Thank you Scott Honda!

I went in for an oil change this afternoon and used Express Service. Genaro Cordero was fantastic! He explained what was going to be done with what was needed. I also asked to have my filters for the cabin looked at and he brought them to me in the waiting room to ensure I could make a decision towards replacement or not. Even though they didn't really require it I did it anyway. He explained the cost of doing that as well. All of this took very little time and I was in in out. I also inquired about their body service and he explained that as well. I love Scott Honda! Friendly staff, clean environment a win win for me.

BUYER BEWARE---Worst Experience EVER! To get the 2022 CR-V Hybrid we needed, Scott Honda of West Chester REQUIRED we P A Y $7,000 O V E R ...M.S.R.P. ! I regret we did not try to buy this from APPLE HONDA where they advertise THEY NEVER CHARGE "O V E R" M.S.R.P. !!!!!

The service at Scott Honda is always polite , on time. If there is a problem, everything is fully explained, the price and the time needed for the service. As a bonus the car is washed when finished.

Hiep was very considerate, professional, and extremely easy to work with. He took note of our side conversations and personalized my warranty without my asking.
