I have a 20 year old Honda CRV; it just underwent a major service, and it runs better than ever. All the Issues with oil leaks, brakes and the suspension systems have been resolved. The technicians did a thorough inspection in order to repair any existing problems and any that may occur in the future.

I was very impressed with my sales person Aaron. He was low pressure and I was very impressed with that.

Everybody was super nice. Lexie was ontop of everything and made the whole process fun and easy.

Aaron was very helpful in answering all my questions about the 2024 CRV I was looking at. He worked with me to get my deposit secured on the vehicle. He helped me with my trade-in and put together final quote so I could see what the total cost would be.

Another delightful service experience with Shiva. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain the work required, provides me with an accurate quote, and stays in touch throughout the service process. She’s incredibly personable and professional. Her final words to me were, “Give me a call next time you have a service need.” I left feeling truly appreciated. This level of service and attention justifies a higher service cost, as I know I’m receiving quality service from quality people. It’s worth it.

I had a great Experience at Scott Honda. I purchased a 2025 CIVIC HB Sport which will be my daughters car but also used by the family since its very fuel efficient for running around locally. I negotiated a fair price and got prompt service from the sales representative Lexi. I shopped around 4 or 5 local dealers and Scott was able to offer the best deal. They have a massive inventory and are in convenient location for shopping if you live in PA, MD, DE or NJ. They made the buying process and paperwork easy, and the car looked awesome at delivery. I lived the way Lexie provided me details of the car during test drive. Even after that, she was following up with me if I need more details or anyway she can help. That really showed the care. The leasing process was smooth and my entire family is enjoying the ride everyday.

Communication via app was so easy, and he also called to explain what was happening with our car in depth. They provided recommendations and we felt autonomy to decide how we wanted to proceed without any pressure from them. We would return to Scott Honda for service and/or purchase.
