A Young girls nightmare
Welll...I must say in the begining I was very pleaseed.with conicelie service. Last Saturday I was in search of a nice used car...I set my appointment with Mr.Dekitchen..I showed up at at 9:00am only to find at one point he was in a meeting than he was running late.to.he.is.not showing up at all..so instead I got another sales man name Nick...I thought he was cool ....he found ME cars in my price range we test drove a.few.cars ..we sat down to discuss numbers...the only thing needed was car insurance he.recommended some1 that gave me a quote and BY THIS being my first time purchasing a car on.my own my dad.decided to call his.statefarm.Agent.for.a.cheaper quote and to add me to.the policy..I was sooo ready to buy...But my dads agent wasnt availiable so we had to.wait.til Monday...WE ASK Nick can he give us.to.Monday to we talk to.our.statefarm.agent..He agreeed.Monday morning came.I.was so.excited I.called.Nick and.left a.voice mail to let.him know I want to.purchase the.car...I went to.class that day and I.recieved a voicemail from Nick stating what time was.I.coming down to pick up the car I.told..him 4 last thing I had.to.do.was.give my statefarm agency the.fax # to conicelie dealership. When I.was..calling my agent Nick was.calling...I called Nick back Nick called and told me they sold.the.car.I.was going.to.purchase ...they sold.it Saturday after u left.....Im upset because 1 Nick told me he would wait.til Monday 2 U did.not.trust your NEW client to.come back 3 xxxx No.I..dnt want to look for anything else ......If I.would..of known u would sale my car that fast.I would of gave.u half.but.you.see I.believe..in.peoples word...Never again.....so now I have a new car from a totally new dealership

Though I loved my 2007 Volvo S40, I knew it was time to...
Though I loved my 2007 Volvo S40, I knew it was time to buy something else that was easier and less expensive to maintain. I had heard good things about the new Sonata and loved the styling. So, I went to check them out on a rainy Sunday. I had no intention of buying a car that day. In fact, I hadn't even brought along my title or any additional paperwork. However, after driving the car and talking with Casey about my trade in value and the amazing financing options, I left with a new car and a big smile. Since the purchase, Casey has continued to be helpful, answering questions and helping to arrange the installation of the after market moon-roof. I usually detest the entire car buying process. But, it was a pleasure working with Casey and the team at Conicelli. We'll be back! Especially since my mother wants to trade in her old Mercedes for a Sonata, too. This is the second time I have purchased a car from Conicelli. The Sales person Casey Wheat did a very good job in providing the car I wanted at a very fair price. I give Casey a grade "A" in customer Sales and Service.

No Pressure Dealer
I had been to their Hyundai and Honda dealership. I did not feel the pressure at either place. The Honda salesman was much more energetic in describing the vehicle etc

Loved working with Pat Buscemi
Our experience buying a car at Conicelli autoplex was wonderful. We were looking at similar models from 2 different makes. The inventory is large and Pat took the time to let us test drive each one. Once we chose the make, we were able to look at the models and see which one we might like. Pat then took us back into the office so we could see all of the avialable inventory. he gave us cold water and something to eat and left my husband and me time to discuss what we wanted to do. The financial process was also handled very well and we were extremely happy with Pat Buscemi and the service he provided. We were able to get the car we wanted at a very good price. Certified used car buying process
We bought certified Honda odyssey from conicelli a couple weeks ago. Showroom is a little dingy, but the selection of cars makes up for that. They do offer free breakfast and lunch for customers (donuts, pizza, etc). Salesperson Charlie was a good guy and easy to do business with. You can bargain within reason. We would definitely shop here again and refer a friend.

Fantastic Customer Service
I recently leased a 2012 Honda Accord from Conicelli and could not be happier. While the deals could have been obtained at other dealerships because of the new 2013 Accords, I really appreciated the customer service that I received from Conicelli. I came to them with very specific needs in my Accord and even though the options were not available in their inventory, they were patient and worked hard to locate my vehicle from another dealership. They were able to locate and deliver my vehicle within a few business days in time for the Labor Day holiday weekend. Even though the delivery was stuck in traffic, they offered to pay for my dinner while I waited for the car to be arrive and be prepped for delivery. All in all, selling cars is a business like anything else but Conicelli goes above and beyond to establish a trustworthy relationship with you that can last for years to come. Thank you Conicelli!

Excellent Customer Service
After having a less than satisfactory experience at another dealer, I ended up speaking with Steve Baker at this location! He found me exactly what I was looking for and offered me a great deal on the purchase of a used 2008 Highlander. In addition, he followed up on all of my requests and ensured that I would be taken care of while the shop did some touch up work and fixed a hose. I couldn't have been more pleased!
