Good attentive service.

Despite the fact that I did not get to the purchase process, my time at the dealership was well spent. Our salesman ran around and found every vehicle we were interested in at various lots without batting an eye (Zach). We were looking for something in particular and Zach worked his inventory until we found it. Unfortunately the car was out of our price range and non-negotiable as an internet sale but it helped us identify the right car in a pressure-free environment.

Easy, Fast and Great Leasing Experience

I recently leased a 2013 Sonata 2.4 from Conicelli Hyundai and It would highly recommend the dealership for your car buying / leasing needs. My buying process was handled by Yusef and he was really helpful in explaining the whole buying process, the nuances of leasing and also the credit score requirements. Since I was a first time car buyer there was initially a difficulty in getting the lease approved. However, with the great of the management from Conicelli Hyundai, my lease was approved. Great folks at the finance department, customer service department and Yusef was a great guy to do business with. Yusef explained to me everything about the car, the gadgets, the electornics. He even paired my phone to the car bluetooth. I know these are things that we already know. What I wanted to highlight was the attention to the minutest of the things that they have. I got full tank of gas as well. I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely be back to do business with them.

I would like to thank Tim Mhay for helping me pick that car that fit me best. He was pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would also like to thank Andrew Venezia who went above and beyond to make sure my expierence in buying the car went smoothly. I have talked to Andrew and i will be recommending family and friends. The only reason i gave a 3 on quality of work was due to the detailing department had to detail the car twice, on seperate days.

Great experience and great car

I went into the dealership pretty blind. My family had used Conicelli before and I figured I would try there myself. My old car broke down and I needed something quick. Salesman Zach Smith was kind enough to put up with me for over 6 hours of indecision. I was impressed how accurately he placed me with a car I liked. All of the staff was very polite. It took me a while to pull the trigger but they were very accommodating. I left smiling and so far so good! I would definitely recommend Conicelli.

Amazing Experience at Conicelli Nissan

I recommend Troy at conicelli because he is very honest and upfront with you from the minute you step out of your car. He is very knowledgeable on the inventory and the features and benefits of the vehicles. Troy is not concerned with making a sale but getting you the car you want at a price you can afford. I recommend Conicelli because the staff is also very friendly and helpful. We will always use Conicelli. If you are looking for an honest, hard working upfront salesman I recommend Troy Davis because you will always leave satisfied. Thank you Conicelli and Troy Davis for treating us like family. Great buying experience

I purchased a used 2010 honda civic LX-S in july. I'm 23 and just graduated from college and had a lot of debt because of credit cards and student loans and no cosigner for a loan. I had trouble getting financed from other dealerships and always left with no vehicle. I had heard they could get someone financed regardless of their credit but went with low expectations of leaving with a car. Well i was wrong. I went in and a gentleman named Joe from the special financing department was nothing but terrific. I looked at a few vehicles and he was very patient with me when none were what i wanted. He finally showed me the honda that i loved and i test drove the car and he got me financed almost immediately. I was very surprised because 3 other dealerships could not get me financed. I'm paying a little higher interest rate then wanted, but thats expected when my credit is far from perfect. It was a great buying experience and would definitely tell others to go. They even got my brother, who had a repo on his credit, financed for a car as well. I did not feel pressured once to buy a car and they were patient with me in deciding what i wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future.

Conicelli Hyundai

My car died the week of moving back home and I was devastated because I visited a couple dealers and they were basically trying to sell me lemons and just very nonchalant. I went to Conicelli Honda and was introduced to Bob and he got rite to work. They didn't have anything on his particular lot so he made a couple phone calls and they had two vehicles across the street. So we went over there and I ended up with a great used 07 Hyundai Sonata for a very reasonable price. Bob was very helpful and I'm so glad I ended up at his office.

The Conicelli Autoplex experience was excellent. From sales to pricing to customer service & follow through Casey Wheat, John Bubas and the Conicelli Team were fantastic and made purchasing a new car an enjoyable process. Although Casey Wheat works for Conicelli Hyundai, he was able to take me over to Nissan to see & test drive a car on the Conicelli Nissan Lot. Which I ultimately purchased from him. Couldn't be happier with my experience and would tell you if you're looking for a new car... go see Casey Wheat and tell him I sent you!

I have been leasing cars since the 80s and this has been the most fun and easiest transaction ever! Fun and car buying do not mix from my experience and Steve showed me that it could and did this time. Best price, hassle free trade in with little to do other than sign and walk out. Look for Steve, it"s worth it!!!
